Perth Fringeworld: Sour Silk Cabaret

Young Hoops invites you to join us at the Ellington Jazz Club this summer for an extraordinary showcase at Perth Fringe Festival 2024 with 'Sour Silk Cabaret’.

This enchanting variety show, hailed for its global artistry, Shakespearean whimsy, European elegance and West Australian ingenuity, promises an unforgettable experience.

Drawing inspiration from the success of Young Hoops Cabaret's sold-out shows in Amsterdam, Young Hoops brings it home to weave with Perth's local talents. Led by a vibrant ensemble of BIPOC and women, the performance weaves together circus, variety theatre, live music and burlesque.

Join us for an array of devilish antics, sweet melodies and immersive
celebration. “Hell is empty and all the devils are here” (W. Shakespeare, The Tempest)
