
Billed as a 'brand new family musical' it is quite difficult to pin down which family members are actually being targeted.

She is the small girl with the huge heart (and hair!). For the next few weeks, Tracy Turnblad welcomes Adelaide audiences to the 60s in Matt Byrne Media's new production of Hairspray.

This was an extremely tight production. A well written romp through the many musical loves of comedian Lenny Henry.

Here on the stage for two shows only was a true work of Australian cabaret – an unplugged walk through what looks to be a much bigger production that traces the many faceted life of actor/singer Jack Charles.

As this year's Adelaide Cabaret Festival starts to wrap up it was nothing short of a complete delight to be entertained by a legend of the American Broadway stage Ben Vereen.


Ziggy certainly lived up to its reputation; an inspired journey into the influential individualist that is David Bowie.
